Traveling Again

Tomorrow we head out for a 12-day trip to Guinea! We'll be visiting all our personnel who are currently in the country -- six families living in three or four different cities or villages. We'll get to see a good bit of the country in the process -- this trip will include loong days of driving from one location to the next.

Guinea is supposedly one of the most beautiful countries in West Africa, so we'll be sure to take lots of pictures! We're not sure how much Internet access we'll have, but we'll try to post a blog while there and if not, soon after we get home.

Please pray for this trip:

• that we'll be an encouragement to everyone we meet.
• that we'll minister to the needs of the families we stay with.
• that we'll be full of energy and joy as we travel on rough roads and stay in several different homes.
• that we'll be HEALTHY -- we're hoping to avoid the typical "return home with exotic illness" phenomenon that usually seems to occur when we travel. Unfortunately we're both starting out the trip with cold-type stuff, so please pray we'll get over itquickly, so that we won't be worn down from the very beginning!
