We had a GREAT trip to Ghana last week -- we got to see lots of cool stuff, and also had fun spending time with my parents. Unfortunately my mom tripped, hurt her foot and became immobile for part of a day, but we made the best of it and spent time playing cards and watching movies in the hotel rooms. She was a trooper and managed to stay on her feet all the following day as we visited the slave castles (see next post).
