Prayer Requests for Trip to Guinea

Tomorrow we leave for Guinea, and we'll be gone until June 7. Please pray for us as we are there.

• Pray for our health. Most of the 25 or so people who attended the HandsOn debriefing contracted food poisoning or something similar, because we're all suffered some serious stomach issues. Please pray we'll quickly be back to full strength.
• Pray for the team from First Baptist Jackson. They arrive around 2 am Tues. morning, then we all load directly into trucks to drive about six hours on bumpy roads out to the village. It will be a challenge. Pray for positive attitudes and strong stomachs (car sickness is definitely a possibility!).
• The team be doing scripture distribution and relational evangelism. Pray they'll feel comfortable with the people and will have many opportunities to share God's love through words and actions.
  
• We'll be helping out with translation and such, and I'll also be the main person in charge of meal preparation! Please pray that our limited French will flow as well as possible so we can clearly communicate the gospel whenever given the opportunity.
• Ten days in the bush, constantly surrounded by lots of people, will be somewhat draining, no matter how great those people will be! Pray we'll be overflowing with energy, grace, joy, and a Christ-like attitude.
