Heading to America

Tonight we jump on a plane and head to the United States for three months! We are really excited about this opportunity to be with family and friends we haven't seen in a long time. We'll also spend time at a few conferences, sharing about God's work in West Africa.

It's been a pretty hectic week as we've prepared to leave (there's always tons of packing and last minute projects to wrap up). Thankfully we have an amazing teammate who's going to pick up the slack and finish up things we couldn't get to. We'll miss you, Emily!

We'll be met at the airport by both sets of parents, and spend the weekend in Mississippi with them and the rest of Deron's family. Then next week we head to Tennessee for the West Africa Summit and a visit with friends.The following week we'll finally be able to settle into our mission home in Clinton, MS.

Please pray for us over the next couple of weeks:

• that we'll travel safely
• that we'll be full of energy as we spend time with lots of different people
• that we'll have some opportunities to rest (because we're already kinda tired!)
• that we'll bring God glory as we share what He's doing in West Africa
