Things We're Thankful For

1. The hope and purpose we have through our relationship with the Lord.
2. The family and friends we have in Argentina, Mississippi, Iowa, Alabama, Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Louisiana, Florida and around the country and world.
3. The fun we're having and the friends we're making at missionary orientation in Virginia.
4. The opportunity to serve as missionaries in West Africa.
5. Training and preparation that will help us live and serve in Africa.
6. The opportunity to spend Thanksgiving Day with Mary Beth's parents, grandparents and aunt (her parents just arrived back on stateside assignment).
7. The fantastic people who are going with us to West Africa -- the Blessing family, Emily Peters and Jesse Lyautey.
8. Health, clothes on our back, and plenty of food on the table.
9. Chocolate, Doritos and Dr. Pepper!
10. The people who read our blog and support us with your friendship.

We pray you all will have a blessed Thanksgiving full of things to be grateful for. We are grateful for each of you.
