This is a photo of Abidjan, the city where we will live in Cote d'Ivoire. It is definitely a very modern city in which we will enjoy many conveniences such as stable electricity, Internet, phones, and water. We will also be able to purchase many American and European items in the stores. Abidjan is one of the largest and most modern cities in West Africa -- many of the places we will visit are much more rural and will look nothing like the city you see here!

Not Your Stereotypical Africa
